S/V Airborne

Background

Airborne

Airborne is a 1986 Jeanneau sun Legende. She is 41 feet long, with 3 sleeping cabins. she can be handled by a crew of 2 but with 3 to 6 people on board things are much easier.

I bought her from her second owner in 2002 with plans to cruise the Carribean and race. she will also be available for Charter with a professional crew when I am not using her.

She is a very comfortable boat and sails very well. I am enjoying sailing her  and exploring the wonderful waters of the Carribean.

Me

My name is Mike Page and I am an Englishman, currently living in London after 6 years in the US. I am co founder of a Market Research Company. see www.cognicient.com for more info. FYI Running your own business does not give you more time for Sailing so don't even think about it!!

I have been sailing since I was young but had stopped for a long time. I caught the bug again sailing small boats on Lake Michigan. I decided now was the time to get back into it and so after seing her advertised on the Intenet I  bought Airborne in September 2002.

I also bought some better Sunglasses than the ones in this picture !
